As stated in the general conditions that every pilot must read and click for approval when booking a track-day you can cancel your track-day up to 1 month before the event by contacting us

via the contactform on our website (Bottom red question bar). You will receive a voucher with the amount paid minus 20 € administration costs. Inter-Track will cancel your reserved place and offer your place for sale again.

This voucher is valid for 1 year and may also be sold to another pilot. More information about these vouchers can be found on our site under 'gift card' on our website.

From 1 month before the event we can not cancel your trackday anymore or change it to another date, you are responsible yourself for finding a replacement for your reserved place. (More info you will find under ‘Reselling my trackday’ in point 3 under this question).

Since our track days are usually sold out in advance, most pilots are placing their trackday for sale via their social media. We therefore definitely recommend you to place your trackday for sale in the relevant 'Facebook event' on the Inter-Track Facebook-page where pilots will search for a place.

State the correct date and registered group of your track-day and the price you would like to get.

If you have found a buyer for your trackday, you do not have to inform us. It is enough that the replacement rider himself just reports that he will ride in your place on the trackday during the administrations. We will adjust the administration on site.

However, provide the buyer the practical information that appears in your 'My Subscriptions' from 2 weeks before the event.

If your track day has been canceled, be sure to check your 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' on our website where as always you will find the necessary information for your track day in the PRACTICAL INFO of your event. (You must be logged in on our site for this).
Each participant also receives the information by email. (Be sure to check your spam if you did not receive the email)

All information for your track day (or the cancellation thereof) is, as always and as stated in the registration and payment confirmation, always available from 2 weeks before an event in your 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' .. also in these Corona times ..

In order to limit the impact on the events sector and to protect the interests of ticket holders, the Minister of Economy has decided to take measures. These suspend the mandatory refund of tickets for three months and allow the issue of a voucher (Corona Voucher) equal to the amount paid.

This voucher must meet the following conditions:

1. An activity with the same essential characteristics shall be organized at a later date in the same or a nearby location.
2. The activity will be re-organized within two years from the date of the original event.
3. The voucher represents the full value of it
amount paid for the original admission ticket.
4. The holder of the admission ticket will not be charged any costs for the delivery of the voucher.
5. The voucher expressly states that it was delivered as
due to the corona crisis.
6. No surcharge may be made to the holder of the voucher
charged for attending the new event.

The voucher may grant the right to purchase other products from the publisher within two years from the date of the original event.

A ticket holder must accept the voucher unless he proves that he has been prevented from attending the activity on the new date.
If the activity is not re-organized under the conditions listed above, the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the price of the original admission ticket.

If the trackday for which you want to register is already full, you still have a chance to still participate. Post on the Inter-Track Facebook page in the relevant Facebook event that you're searching for a spot. Mention the correct date and the group you would like to ride in and someone who sells a place can contact you. Usually there are already places for sale.

You can contact the seller and arrange the payment.

(ATTENTION ! : There are more and more scammers active on Facebook lately, including on our page. So make sure you are not dealing with a scammer. Ask a few questions and have a look at the seller's profile before you buy a place from someone via Facebook)

If you can buy a spot, you do not have to contact us for it. You can report this in the morning on the trackday during the registrations. We'll adjust all the administration at the spot.

Waiting lists are no longer kept by Inter-Track because of infeasibility.
The number of people looking for and reselling places last minute is too great and the administration too time consuming.

The practical info concerning your trackday will be on-line 2 weeks before the trackday. You can find it in under 'My Subscriptions' above on the homepage of our website. You have to be logged in to see 'My Subscriptions'.

If you want to resell your track day, this is not a problem if the buyer can ride in the same group. You can arrange the payment with the buyer.

You do not have to contact us for that. It is sufficient that the buyer reports this during the registrations in the morning on the track day itself. We then adjust all administration at the site.

However, provide the buyer the practical information that appears in your 'My Subscriptions' from 2 weeks before the event.

This information can be found in your practical info at 'My subscriptions' at the top right of our website from 14 days before your trackday.

Pitboxes should always be reserved and paid on the track. (starting the evening before the track day 19h.)

Click on 'My subscriptions' at the top right of the homepage of our website. If your trackday is in ‘My subscriptions’, your place is reserved.


You must be logged in on our site to view your 'My Subscriptions'.

Subscriptions will be booked upon receipt of your subscription fee.

When subscribing you can use one of the safe on-line modes of payments on our website (Bancontact, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, etc.).

The Inter-Track subscription system will automatically book your seat upon your payment and send you a receipt within a few minutes after your on-line payment. If you don’t receive a confirmation of payment immediately, please check your mailbox under Spam or unwanted e-mails.

Should your subscription and payment fail the first time ( Wrong cardnumber or code / 1of the fields not filled in ), you can try again without the risk of double booking since our administrative system takes no account of unpaid subscriptions.

After a correct subscription and payment the booked track day can be found under ‘my subscriptions’ at the top of the homepage of our website. You need to be registered/logged in to view your subscription. One week before the track day you can also find there the necessary practical information on your track day booked.

If on-line payment on our site is not possible, you can also pay by transferring the amount onto the

following bank account number, thereby mentioning ‘your name + date of track day’:

Please consider that, in the event of payment by transfer, it may take a few days before we receive your subscription fee. Your seat will be booked only upon receipt of the transfer amount after which you will receive a confirmation of payment.

The disadvantage of payment by transfer is that, if only a few seats are left at the moment of your transfer, these may no longer be available due to subscribers who meanwhile book via on-line payment.

In that case we will contact you.

You can always find your invoices in 'My invoices'. You will find the 'My invoices' button at the top of the homepage of our website


You must be logged in to our site to view your 'My invoices'.

Your invoices are automatically made when you register based on the information you provided. You can always change this data in your account before registration for a trackday .

You will find the 'My Account' button at the top of the homepage of our website.

Note: Once you register with your entered billing information and the invoice is automatically created by our system, the invoice can no longer be changed.

If you have registered without billing information or a gift voucher has been requested without billing information, an invoice can no longer be requested afterwards !

You must be logged in to our site to view your 'My invoices'.



Additional info for ordering / receiving a Gift-Card:

-Ordering a Gift-Card:

Enter your details and the desired amount in the "gift-card" form and you will immediately receive an e-mail with the link to your chosen gift certificate that you can print.

This e-mail also includes the payment instructions.

Each Gift-Card has a unique code and is valid / can only be used for registration of one of our events after receipt of payment for this Gift-Card.

* If the amount of your Gift-Card is equal to the selected event to which he/she want to participate, he/she will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that his/her place is reserved.

* If the amount of your gift is greater than the sum of the selected event to which he/she want to participate, he/she will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that his/her place is reserved + an additional Gift-Card with the residual value that he/she can use for another event .

* If the amount of your Gift-Card is less than the amount of the event selected by the receiver of the Gift-Card, he/she will receive an e-mail from us with payment instructions for the remaining amount still to be transferred for making his/her enrolement complete.After receipt of his/her payment, we will send him/her a confirmation so he/she knows that his/her place is reserved.

The vouchers are not in your name and can always be resold or passed on.

The voucher is valid for 1 year.


- Booking a track-event with a Gift-Card or Voucher:

To book an Inter-Track-event, you enroll as normal through our website for an event and group of your choice and fill in the code of your Gift-Card / Voucher.

* If the amount of your Gift-Card is equal to the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved.

* If the amount of your gift is greater than the sum of the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved place

+ an additional Gift-Card with to the residual value that you can use for another event .

* If the amount of your Gift-Card is less than the amount of the selected event, you will receive an e-mail from us with payment instructions for the remaining amount still to be transferred for making your enrolement complete. After receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation so you know that your place is reserved for you

You can adjust your personal details and any business and invoicing-data yourself in your account whenever jou want.

For administrative reasons, registrations and payments can only be made via our website.

Each participant must wear a helmet (full-face helmet), high motorboots, motor gloves and leather gear or other safety clothing. A 1 piece or two-piece (zippable) leather suit is mandatory for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th group. Textile zippable motorwear is allowed for the first group (slowest group).

A back protector is highly recommended !!!

One week after the track-day you will find the on track-photos on our site.

You can take a look at the pics and download them for free.

Click on the 'Photos' button on the homepage of the Inter-Track website.
In the peak periods (usually July-August) where we and our photographers are on track every successive weekend, it may take longer for the photos to come online.

A few days after the track-day you can even see a sneak preview of the pictures on our Facebook Page.

This is possible if both motorbikes pass the technical inspection in the morning. The starting number and transponder should then be changed to the bike that will be riding the session(s)

This is possible if you are registered in 2 different groups. Both startingnumbers must then be stuck to the bike.

Only the transponder of the rider who rides that session may be on the bike, so the transponders need to be changed when the pilots change themselves.

This is possible if both pilots fill in an indemnity-form, attend the briefing and alternate in 1 group.

Inter-Track redistributes the groups every half a day on the basis of the ridden laptimes.

To keep the speed differences in the groups as small as possible and thus increase safety, Inter-Track can move the pilots of the group on the basis of the laptimes in our database or the laptimes specified at registration.

To keep the number of red and yellow flag situations to a minimum, Inter-Track has been working with MY-LAPS transponders since 2016. This way we can redistribute the groups even better and reduce the speed differences per group.

Every half day, these mandatory group exchanges will be based on the laptimes measured by our transponders. These group-changes will always take place during the lunch break (and during the enrollments in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event). These group exchanges are for ALL PILOTS participating at our track days. Please check in with your group sticker to the registrations where you will receive your new group sticker during the lunch break (and during the enrollments in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event).

Your race number and transponder that you received at the start of the track day must remain on the bike!

DO NOT FORGET THIS SURE AS YOU CAN NOT CALL THE CIRCUIT WITHOUT A NEW GROUP STICK AT THE START OF THE SESSIONS AND YOU WILL LEAVE LONG TIME!

All pilots are divided according to the laptimes from slow to fast through the groups. On a track day with 35 pilots per group, the 35 least fast pilots will be in the first group, the next 35 faster pilots in the 2nd group etc.

By distributing the groups as perfectly as possible, safety increases, there are fewer yellow and red flag situations and this means more riding time for everyone. For those caught on riding without a transponder or changing transponder with another driver, this means that end of the track day!

All laptimes of all pilots participating at our trackdays are coming in our database. This allows us to redistribute the groups as well as possible before the first session will be driven. You can of course also view your laptimes yourself by creating your account at SPEEDHIVE or the SPEEDHIVE APP.

This way you can view all laptimes per group of all our events. By clicking on your name, you will see all your lap times.

To keep the speed differences in the groups as small as possible and thus increase safety, Inter-Track can move the pilots of the group on the basis of the laptimes in our database measured by our MY LAPS-transponders or the laptimes specified at registration.

you can also view your laptimes by creating your account on SPEEDHIVE or the SPEEDHIVE APP. This way you can view all lap-times per group of all of our events.

By clicking on your name you will see all your lap times.

A tire service is available on all our trackdays. Our tire service always has the most common tires, but you can order your desired tires directly from our service.

The contact details of the tire service can be found in your practical information of your trackday that can be found 14 days before an event in 'My Subscriptions' at the top right of the homepage of our website.

Make sure to order your tires at least 4 days before the track-event. For questions concerning tire service mail to: info@ultimatebikeservice.be or check www.ultimatebikeservice.be.

The tire service can also provide knee sliders, tire warmers, paddock stands and petrol. You can pay in cash or with bankcard.

When a transponder is lost or damaged, a compensation of 450 € must be paid to replace the transponder.

All pilots are responsible for meeting the noise standards of the circuit. In case of violation of the noise standards, the circuit can exclude you from further participation without refund of the registration fee.

-A waiver of appeal against Inter-Track has to be signed before the start of the event.

-Appropriate motorcycle clothing and helmet are obligatory.

-One-piece or zippable two-piece leather suit for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th group is obligatory. 2-piece zippable textile suit is allowed for the first (slowest) group.

-The riding mirrors have to be removed or taped.

-Headlight has to be removed or switched off and taped.

-The levers for brake and gear should not be damaged or bent.

-Footrests, rear brake and tires need to be in good condition.

-The organisers and instructors have, at any point, the right to exclude a participant whose motorcycle does not/no longer meet the minimum standards required by Inter-Track or the track regulations.

-Inter-Track does not take responsibility for any possible accidents.

-All damage to the infrastructure on or around the track will be charged from the one who caused the damage.

-If necessary, Inter-Track has the right to change a participant from one group to another.

-Inter-Track expects all participants to behave in a sportsmanlike way.

Due to current government measures to limit the spread of the Corona virus, we can imagine that many of our riders have questions about upcoming Inter-Track events.

We think it is important that our customers get answers to their questions as soon as possible.

Since our office is also closed, it is impossible for us to personally answer all emails and phone calls 24/7. 

We will post updates in this section of our website that you can check where ever and when ever you want.

If we receive new information from the government or the tracks that would change the situation as it stands, we will post updates here as soon as possible if needed.

Update 11 (5/5/2020)


The track Jules Tacheny à Mettet also officially opens its doors.
Our first trackday of season 2020 will start on May 25 under strict safety conditions.
Since the borders of Belgium will be closed until June 8, only Belgian pilots will be able to participate.
The foreign pilots who informed us in time that they did not want to take the risk of standing in front of a closed border, received from us the Corona Voucher with which they can book another track day of their choice on our 2020, 2021 or 2022 calendar.



Update 10 (9/5/2020)

- Our events of 13 and 27 april and 8 May at Mettet were already
  cancelled and today we had to also cancel our 23+24 May track-
  weekend in France at the track of Folembray.
  Folembray will be opening up mid - May but since the borders are
  closed for non-essential movements until 8 june, we and most of our
  clients could not get to the track.
  All riders have already received or will receive asap their Corona-
  Voucher.
  This very flexible Corona-Voucher has the value of the booked event
  and you can book another track-day of your choice on our 2020,
  2021 or 2022 calendar by entering the code of the voucher when
  registering.
  The full amount of this voucher can also be used up to the last euro.


- The track of ZOLDER wil open their gates on the 15th of May !
  We hope the other tracks and the borders will follow soon.

- The track of METTET is positive that they will restart soon also.
  They are still waiting for the official confirmation from the
  government and hoop to give us the good news around the 18th of May.


The track-day at Mettet on Monday 25 May would  then be the start of the 2020 season for us.

1. When will the events start again ?


Unfortunately, following the announcement of the latest measures against Covid-19 by the National Security Council on 24/4/2020 last night, there is still not enough clarity about the reopening of the circuits and the continuation of our future events.

There is currently still no clarity under which category trackday organizers in Belgium will fall:

- Outdoor sports that may continue from May 4 ? (Unlikely)
- Recognized sports clubs that could continue from May 11? (Unlikely)
- Smaller open air events that could take place from June 8 at the earliest? (Most logical)
- Or major events that could only take place after August 31? (Unlikely)

At the moment, it remains to be seen for the organizers and our customers until more clarity is reached.
Meanwhile, we are also trying to get more information from the tracks themselves. Of course, as long as the tracks are not allowed to open, the organizers cannot organize.
Today on April 25, however, we do not yet have any clarity about the tracks in Belgium and Germany. Some circuits in France may already open on May 12 and the circuits in the Netherlands on June 1 for the time being, but it all remains to be seen until there is more certainty.

The borders should also be open for both the organization and the pilots to get to the event.
This would also be clarified by a press conference by mid-May.

3. Can I still book track days?

It is still possible to register for all non-canceled events. Since our events of June, July and August were already quite full or even full before the Corona crisis, this is even advisable if you want to be sure of a place before the tracks open again. Keep in mind that the earlier in the calendar you book your track day, the more likely there is that it can still be canceled and you will have to rebook to a later date. We were pleasantly surprised that more people than expected asked information about this or they just booked track days in April and May despite the Corona crisis .. Big thnx for this!

- Since March 15, 2020, 9 updates with the latest information about the consequences of the Coronavirus measures have been placed on our events that you can follow here 24/7.
These are always kept up-to-date.

-For the consequences on your booked event, it is best to click on 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' on our site from 2 weeks before your event (see point 2 above)

-We also regularly post news and updates on our Facebook page.

Unfortunately, following the announcement of the most recent measures against Covid-19 by the National Security Council on 24/4/2020 last night, we also had to cancel our May 8 event at Mettet.

All participants involved can find all available information in the info package of the booked track day, which can be found as usual from 2 weeks before an event on our website via the 'My suscriptions' button.

Update 7   (16/4/2020)

We heard yesterday evening (15/4/2020) that the current measures were extended until May 3, 2020.

We had already anticipated this and on April 12 we informed our participants from the event from April 27 at Mettet that this event was canceled.

The National Security Council also announced a ban on mass events until 31 August.

Because the Security Council was not specific enough (no figures have been published about the minimum number of participants in a mass event), as an organizer we do not yet know whether we fall into this category.

However, we suspect that a distinction will still be made between an event with 150 to 250 participants such as a trackday or a mass event such as Tomorrow Land.

The Security Council will meet again next Friday, 24 April, to clarify this.
Hopefully the tracks, the organizers and the participants will find out when the track-season can start again.

Update 6   (31/3/2020)


Today we officially received a notification from the track of Mettet  that the track day of April 13 has been canceled.
Meanwhile, the participants who have registered for this have been contacted by email and via the practical information of that track day in the 'My Subscriptions' on our website.

Meanwhile, the government has also clarified the rights and obligations of both organization and participant in case of cancellation during the Covid19 crisis: FOD Economy


As an event organizer, we will of course adhere to this and look for the best possible and feasible solution as soon as there is certainty about the start of the season.

Yesterday, the government decided to extend the current measures to April 19 (+ another possible extension to May 3).
We currently expect that the track of Mettet will contact us shortly to officially announce that our track days of April 13 (and possibly April 27) will be canceled.

This information will therefore be included here and in the practical information of these track days.
You will soon find the practical information as usual in your 'My Subscriptions' at the top of our website with the 'practical info link' behind your booked track day.
The registered pilots will receive an email when the practical information is available.
When there is more clarity about the reopening of the circuits, we will contact the participants involved with alternative dates.

Update 4    (22/3/2020)

As mentioned in the previous update, the Mettet (and other circuits) circuit will be closed until April 3, 2020. 

Just like you, we hope that the new circuit season will start as normal on April 13.
However, due to the current Corona crisis, we must also assume that there is a real chance that various events can be canceled this season as long as the circuits remain closed.

Currently, there is no other option than to wait and see when we get the green light to let our events continue.

Together with various other organizers and circuits, we are asking and hoping for your patience and solidarity to bridge this difficult period.


In order to reserve the circuits for the 2020 season, both we and other organizers paid 100,000s of euros in track rental at the end of last year and at the beginning of this year.

Since we assume that most of you would still like to ride on the track in the future, we hope for your solidarity and we ask you not to refund the registration fee of events that might be canceled in the future.
As a result, the organizers would have the option of leaving the paid rent at the tracks.
Since the fixed costs for both the circuits and the organizers continue between 2 track-seasons, there is a huge chance that if the registration fee / rental money would be refunded, most organizers and circuits would have to close the books.
After all, the insurances of the circuits and organizers do not cover pandemics.

So the participants, the organizers and the circuits are all together in the same boat.

In short:
We ask you to let us put everything 'on-hold' for the time being until there is certainty about where and when the season will actually start. 

With the information we currently have, this would still be on April 13 at the track of Mettet. However, there is a real chance that events can be postponed.
As soon as there is certainty when the circuits may open again, we will contact you to propose alternative dates for any canceled events in consultation with the tracks.

Some of our clients have mailed us  to reschedule their registrations from April to track-days in May already.

There is currently no point in rescheduling registrations to other dates that are not yet certain to be possible to continue ... this would only lead to unnecessary extra work and administrative costs for the organisers.

So we propose to leave everything as it currently is for the time being, to help us by not sending questions that both we and the tracks can not answer at this point and  to let us only take action once there is more certainty about alternative data.

As soon as this is the case, we will contact you to propose an alternative for any canceled track-days.

We notice so far that 99.9% of you already are doing this and appreciate your solidarity enormously !!

As soon as we have more news, we will post another update here again.

Update 3    (18/3/2020)

- Yesterday afternoon the track of Mettet officially announced that all events on the circuit have been canceled until April 3th.
- Last night the government decided to tighten the measures with a 'lockdown' until April 5th.
As the situation currently stands, the first Inter-Track track day on April 13 at Mettet would therefore continue.
However, there is a chance that if the current government measures were extended again by more than 1 week, this trackday could also be canceled by the track of Mettet.
We received concerns from customers who had read our terms and conditions of registration.
In our general terms and conditions it is indeed stated that in case of non-continuation of a trackday due to force majeure (including in the case of a pandemic as is currently the case) , the participant cannot request a refund or other compensation from the organization.
Others had heard that some organizers would indeed not apply a refund or any other solution.

To clear up any concerns, we can be clear about this:

If our track-days of April 13 or even April 27 would be canceled by Mettet, we think it is only fair that we offer the participants who are registered for these days an alternative trackday.


If this would be the case, please give us the time to search for possible solutions. 

It will be a difficult assignment as April 13 and April 27 Mettet are both sold out or almost sold out for a long time.
The fact that a large part of all our other 2020 trackdays are already full or well-filled in May, June, July and August will not make the job any easier.

However, if government action remains as it is today, the trackdays of April 13 and 27 at Mettet will continue..

On thursday 12/3/2020 the government has decided to cancel all sports-events until 3/4/2020 to reduce the risk of spreading the Corona-virus. A few of our fellow trackday-organisers had to cancel their events that normally would be organised before 3/4/2020 in Belgium and a few other European countries.

With the information that we have at this moment, our first 2 events of this season (13/4/2020 at Mettet and 27/4/2020 at Mettet) will continue as normal.

If we receive any information that changes the situation, we'll be putting a second update here as soon as possible.. but for now it looks that the Inter-Track season will start as normal.

If your track day has been canceled, be sure to check your 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' on our website where as always you will find the necessary information for your track day in the PRACTICAL INFO of your event. (You must be logged in on our site for this).
Each participant also receives the information by email. (Be sure to check your spam if you did not receive the email)

All information for your track day (or the cancellation thereof) is, as always and as stated in the registration and payment confirmation, always available from 2 weeks before an event in your 'MY SUBSCRIPTIONS' .. also in these Corona times ..

In order to limit the impact on the events sector and to protect the interests of ticket holders, the Minister of Economy has decided to take measures. These suspend the mandatory refund of tickets for three months and allow the issue of a voucher (Corona Voucher) equal to the amount paid.

This voucher must meet the following conditions:

1. An activity with the same essential characteristics shall be organized at a later date in the same or a nearby location.
2. The activity will be re-organized within two years from the date of the original event.
3. The voucher represents the full value of it
    amount paid for the original admission ticket.
4. The holder of the admission ticket will not be charged any costs for the delivery of the voucher.
5. The voucher expressly states that it was delivered as
    due to the corona crisis.
6. No surcharge may be made to the holder of the voucher
    charged for attending the new event.

The voucher may grant the right to purchase other products from the publisher within two years from the date of the original event.

A ticket holder must accept the voucher unless he proves that he has been prevented from attending the activity on the new date.
If the activity is not re-organized under the conditions listed above, the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the price of the original admission ticket.

Please take into account that this may take a while as we have to deliver these vouchers to several hundred participants. In the meantime, we will also have to adjust our entire working method in order to be able to restart our events and to comply with the current safety measures that the government has required for your and our safety.





As stated in the general conditions that every pilot must read and click for approval when booking a track-day you can cancel your track-day up to 1 month before the event by contacting us

via the contactform on our website (Bottom red question bar). You will receive a voucher with the amount paid minus 20 € administration costs. Inter-Track will cancel your reserved place and offer your place for sale again.

This voucher is valid for 1 year and may also be sold to another pilot. More information about these vouchers can be found on our site under 'gift card' on our website.

From 1 month before the event we can not cancel your trackday anymore or change it to another date, you are responsible yourself for finding a replacement for your reserved place. (More info you will find under ‘Reselling my trackday’ in point 3 under this question).

Since our track days are usually sold out in advance, most pilots are placing their trackday for sale via their social media. We therefore definitely recommend you to place your trackday for sale in the relevant 'Facebook event' on the Inter-Track Facebook-page where pilots will search for a place.

State the correct date and registered group of your track-day and the price you would like to get.

If you have found a buyer for your trackday, you do not have to inform us. It is enough that the replacement rider himself just reports that he will ride in your place on the trackday during the administrations. We will adjust the administration on site.

However, provide the buyer the practical information that appears in your 'My Subscriptions' from 2 weeks before the event.
