We are using the biggest layout, good for 5 km of track fun.

The dB limit is set at 108dB.

The track is 30 minutes from Almeria Airport, 90 minutes from Murcia and 120 minutes from Alicante.

There will be the opportunity to load your motorcycle and equipment into the motorcycle transport crates at the following drop-off locations:

Drop-off 1:

- Date and hours for loading : on 10-02 and 11-02-2024 from 09:00 to 19:00.

- Date and hours for pick-up after the event : 23-02-2024 from 09:00 to 19:00 and 24-02-2024 from 09:00 to 19:00

Loading motorcycles and accessories into motorcycle transport crates :


- During your drop-off, a crate will be assigned to you.

- The dimensions of a crate measure 210cm long, 80cm wide and 125cm high.

- An example of a crate can be found on the website of our transporter:

- Everything that fits within the dimensions of your crate can and may be transported.

- Each crate comes with four straps. If you need more, do not forget these.

- Provide a name label in advance to the material you load in your personal motorcycle transport crate.

- The following items can be placed in the crate:

- 1 motorcycle

- 1 set of spare/rain wheels

- 1 empty jerry can

- 1 large bag with motorcycle clothing (motorcycle suit, gloves, boots, helmet)

- 1 work case with equipment.

- 1 Folding seat

Your crate is then wrapped with foil so that your equipment stays together and it cannot be damaged.

Motorbike insurance :


- The motorcycles are insured, including luggage on the crate, for € 10,000. If you want a higher insurance, that is always possible.

- The insured amount can be upgraded for 5% of the total insurable amount above € 10.000,-. If you want an additional insurance, contact info@chronologics.be

Insurance person (repatriation etc.) :

IMPORTANT:

- You must be insured for 'recreational motorcycling on circuit abroad'.

- With this insurance you are insured for physical injury and repatriation.

- A health insurance through the mutual insurance company is NOT sufficient. The circuit does not allow riders without valid insurance.

- Please inquire with your insurance agent about 'recreational circuit riding abroad with repatriation'.
Since we regularly ride on foreign circuits ourselves, we have taken out this insurance with DKV.

Accommodation in Spain / transportation to and from Spain :


- A stay in a hotel/B&B is not included in the price of the event. You have to book this yourself.

- It is possible to stay overnight on the paddock, for the price of 15 euros/night/transport.

- The circuit charges this optional cost. This has to be paid to the circuit. Sleeping in the pit box is not allowed.

- The circuit also offers hotel rooms. In total there are 12 rooms. If interested, you can reserve a room by emailing info@andaluciacircuit.com.

- The transport/flight ticket/rental car to Spain is not included in the price of the event. You need to book this yourself if you need it.

TIP: Don't wait too long to book flight tickets and accommodation. Prices increase as the event date approaches!

Groups and daily schedule :


- We are riding in groups of up to 42 riders max (track 5 km).

- Riding will take place from 10:00 to 17:00.

- The afternoon break will continue from 13:00 to 14:00.

- There will be 6 20-minute sessions for each group.

- Each first session of the day starts with a sighting lap.

- Instructors will be available for Group 1 as usual.

Pit box :

- The price of one motorcycle space in the pit box is included in the price.

- The place will be assigned to you by the organization. If you want to share a pitbox with friends, you can fill in there names while subscribing on our website.

- If you wish to rent a full pit box, please contact info@chronologics.be

- Wifi is provided in the pit box.

Timekeeping > Chronologics :


- Also in Andalucia we will use the Mylaps transponders to optimize the groups per half day.

- A tire and technical service will be present to provide you with fresh rubber if necessary or to assist you in case of a technical problem.

- Ultimate Bike Service also has a stock of spare parts such as brake pads, oil, clip-ons, knee pads, tire warmers, paddock stands, ...

- Secure tires by ordering them at least 1 month before the event.

- On Day 2 of the event, an Inter-Track drink will be provided after the end of the track day.

- Coffee will also be available each morning in the Inter-Track pitbox.

Restaurant :

There is a restaurant on the track of Andalucia where you can eat.

Because our events are usually sold out a few weeks or months in advance and the number of riders who are still looking for places for full events has become too large, 

waiting lists are no longer kept at Inter-Track.



Also, from 1 month before an event, no more places can become available at Inter-Track because cancellation is only possible up to 1 month before an event at the latest.

So please do not contact us with the question if we have an extra spot if the group on our site is already 'full'.

If the trackday for which you want to register is already full, you still have a chance to still participate. 

Post on the Inter-Track Facebook page in the relevant Facebook event that you're searching for a spot. 

Usually there are also places to be taken over from riders who, due to circumstances that happened in the month before the event, can no longer participate.

Mention the correct date and the group you would like to ride in and someone who sells a place for that group can contact you. 

So if you buy a place in Group 1, for example, you will also start in Group 1 on the trackday. 

We can only move you to another group if it is not full.

You can contact the seller and arrange the payment.

(ATTENTION ! : There are more and more scammers active on Facebook lately, including on our page. 

So make sure you are not dealing with a scammer. 

If necessary, ask to forward the invoice of the registration. Each participant will receive this in their 'MY INVOICES' on our website.)

If you can buy a spot, you do not have to contact us for it. 


You can report this in the morning on the trackday during the registrations. 

We'll adjust all the administration at the spot.

However, provide the buyer with the practical information that appears in your 'My Subsrciptions' from 2 weeks before the track day.

2. Cancellations:

    As stated in the General terms and conditions that each participant must read and click for approval when registering, you can cancel your trackday up to 1 month before the event by contacting us via the contact form on our website.

    You will then receive a voucher with the amount paid minus 20 € administrative costs. Inter-Track does not make refunds.

    Inter-Track will then cancel your reserved trackday and offer your place back for sale.

    This voucher is valid for 1 year and may also be resold to another pilot.

    From at the latest 1 month before your trackday, the trackday CANNOT be canceled anymore or rescheduled to another date and you are responsible yourself for looking for a replacement for your reserved place.

    MAKING EXCEPTIONS FOR WHATEVER REASON IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE

    (The administrative costs of your booking for the accounting office, the commission of our online payment provider MultiSafePay and the insurance are no longer recoverable by Inter-Track by then)

    Since our trackdays are usually sold out in advance, most pilots offer the trackday for sale on their social media.

    We therefore recommend that you put your trackday up for sale in the relevant Facebook event on the Inter-Track Facebook page where pilots are still looking for a place.

    Indicate the correct date and registered group of your trackday and the price you would like to have for it.

    If you have found a buyer for your trackday, you do not have to inform us.

    It suffices that the replacement pilot simply reports on the trackday itself that he will be riding in your place. We will then adjust the administration on the spot.

    However, provide the transferee with the practical information that appears in your "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS" from 2 weeks before the track day.

    Click on 'My subscriptions' at the top right of the homepage of our website. If your trackday is in ‘My subscriptions’, your place is reserved.


    You must be logged in on our site to view your 'My subscriptions'.

    With payments by bank transfer or via SOFORT, your trackday may not appear in your 'My subscriptions' until a few days after your payment.

    If you want to resell your track day, this is not a problem if the buyer can ride in the same group. You can arrange the payment with the buyer.

    You do not have to contact us for that. It is sufficient that the buyer reports this during the registrations in the morning on the track day itself. We then adjust all administration at the site.

    However, provide the buyer the practical information that appears in your 'My Subscriptions' from 2 weeks before the event.

    You can adjust your personal details (address, phonenumber,e-mail address etc.) and any business and invoicing-data yourself in your account whenever you want.

    You will find the 'My Account' button at the top of the home page of our website.

    Additional info for ordering / receiving a Gift-Card:

    -Ordering a Gift-Card:

    Enter your details and the desired amount in the "gift-card" form and you will immediately receive an e-mail with the link to your chosen gift certificate that you can print.

    This e-mail also includes the payment instructions.

    Each Gift-Card has a unique code and is valid / can only be used for registration of one of our events after receipt of payment for this Gift-Card.

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is equal to the selected event to which he/she want to participate, he/she will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that his/her place is reserved.

    * If the amount of your gift is greater than the sum of the selected event to which he/she want to participate, he/she will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that his/her place is reserved + an additional Gift-Card with the residual value that he/she can use for another event .

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is less than the amount of the event selected by the receiver of the Gift-Card, he/she will receive an e-mail from us with payment instructions for the remaining amount still to be transferred for making his/her enrolement complete.After receipt of his/her payment, we will send him/her a confirmation so he/she knows that his/her place is reserved.

    The vouchers are not in your name and can always be resold or passed on.

    The voucher is valid for 1 year.


    - Booking a track-event with a Gift-Card or Voucher:

    To book an Inter-Track-event, you enroll as normal through our website for an event and group of your choice and fill in the code of your Gift-Card / Voucher.

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is equal to the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved.

    * If the amount of your gift is greater than the sum of the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved place

    + an additional Gift-Card with to the residual value that you can use for another event .

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is less than the amount of the selected event, you will receive an e-mail from us with payment instructions for the remaining amount still to be transferred for making your enrolement complete. After receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation so you know that your place is reserved for you

    - Booking a track-event with a Gift-Card:

    To book an Inter-Track-event, you enroll as normal through our website for an event and group of your choice and fill in the code of your Gift-Card.

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is equal to the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved.

    * If the amount of your gift is greater than the sum of the selected event to which you want to participate, you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail stating that your place is reserved place

    + an additional Gift-Card with to the residual value that you can use for another event .

    * If the amount of your Gift-Card is less than the amount of the selected event, you will receive an e-mail from us with payment instructions for the remaining amount still to be transferred for making your enrolement complete. 

    After receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation so you know that your place is reserved for you.

    The practical information and the necessary documents regarding your upcoming track day can be found as stated in your payment confirmation 

    from 2 weeks before the track day in your 'MY REGISTRATIONS' at the top of the homepage of our website.

    You must be registered/logged in on our website to be able to read the info pack with the necessary documents in the appendix at the top.

    You will also receive a reminder by email 2 weeks before the track day to inform you that the info pack is available.

    This information can be found in your practical info at 'My subscriptions' at the top right of our website from 14 days before your trackday.

    Pitboxes should always be reserved and paid in cash at the spot on track. (starting the evening before the track day 19h.)

    Registrations:

      It is imperative that every participant registers with their own personal account on the Inter-Track website so that Inter-Track has the correct current data to guarantee our operation. (www.inter-track.be).

      Immediately after booking you will receive an email from Inter-Track with the payment options.

      Payments must be made via the various options of the online payment platform (MultiSafePay) on the Inter-Track website.

      Your trackday will be automatically and immediately reserved after your on-line payment and your booked event will then appear under the ‘MY SUBSCRIPTIONS’ tab on our website.

      If your booked track day does not appear in the tab, this means that your payment was unsuccessful.

      (When paying by bank transfer or via SOFORT, it may take a few days before your booked day appears in your "MY SUBSRIPTIONS")

      You will also receive a payment confirmation of your booked trackday by email.

      If you do not receive it, be sure to check your spam or "unwanted messages".

      If the payment cannot be made on-line, one can also pay by bank transfer, stating "name + date of track day".

      Keep in mind that the confirmation and booking will only be completed once the amount has arrived on the Inter-Track bankaccount.

      In some cases this can take several days.

      As soon as your payment has arrived on the Inter-Track bankaccount, your place will be reserved and you will receive the confirmation as described above.

      Only paid trackdays are reserved by our registration system .. not paid = not registered.

      In short: when you have successfully completed the registration and payment, your trackday will be in your ‘MY SUBSCRIPTIONS’ at the top of our website.

      INSURANCE METTET :

      Until now, only the track of Mettet offers a hospitalization insurance/trackday.

      This insurance is not compulsory but recommended if you do not have a suitable hospitalization insurance yourself.

      If you wish to take out this insurance for your chosen trackday, we ask you to fill in the insurance document and bring it with you.

      You can find the insurance document in your practical info that appears in your 'My Subscriptions' on our website from 2 weeks before your chosen event.

      The insurance from Mettet costs 17 € and can be paid on site (cash or bancontact).

      INSURANCE T.P.L :

      The Third Party Liability insurance  , which is mandatory on all tracks,

      is arranged for you by Inter-Track and is included in the registration price for all our events.

      As a result, you do not have to arrange the compulsory The Third Party Liability insurance yourself and you do not need a racing license or track-pass to participate in our trackdays.

      You can always find your invoices in 'My invoices'. You will find the 'My invoices' button at the top of the homepage of our website


      You must be logged in to our site to view your 'My invoices'.

      Your invoices are automatically made when you register based on the information you provided. You can always change this data in your account before registration for a trackday .

      You will find the 'My Account' button at the top of the homepage of our website.

      Note: Once you register with your entered billing information and the invoice is automatically created by our system, the invoice can no longer be changed.

      If you have registered without billing information or a gift voucher has been requested without billing information, an invoice can no longer be requested afterwards !

      You must be logged in to our site to view your 'My invoices'.

      Noise restrictions are applicable on most circuits. You can always find

      the allowed dB value per circuit under the tab 'Tracks' on our website. In

      practice this means that you can only ride on the track of

      Croix-en-Ternois and on the track of Carole with an open exhaust. On all

      other tracks you should mount the original exhaust or ensure that there

      is a dB-killer in your exhaust.

      For administrative reasons, registrations and payments can only be made via our website.

      Each participant must wear a helmet (full-face helmet), high motorboots, motor gloves and leather gear or other safety clothing. A 1 piece or two-piece (zippable) leather suit is mandatory for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th group. Textile zippable motorwear is allowed for the first group (slowest group).

      A back protector is highly recommended and is now even mandatory on some tracks !!!

      (Only on the circuit of Carole a back protector AND leather suit are mandatory in all groups!)

      One week after the track-day you will find the on track-photos on our site.

      You can take a look at the pics and download them for free.

      Click on the 'Photos' button on the homepage of the Inter-Track website.
      In the peak periods (usually July-August) where we and our photographers are on track every successive weekend, it may take longer for the photos to come online.

      A few days after the track-day you can even see a sneak preview of the pictures on our Facebook Page.

      This is possible if both motorbikes pass the technical inspection in the morning. The starting number and transponder should then be changed to the bike that will be riding the session(s)

      This is possible if you are registered in 2 different groups. Both startingnumbers must then be stuck to the bike.

      Only the transponder of the rider who rides that session may be on the bike, so the transponders need to be changed when the pilots change themselves.

      This is possible if both pilots fill in an indemnity-form, attend the briefing and alternate in 1 group.

      Inter-Track redistributes the groups every half a day on the basis of the ridden laptimes.

      To keep the speed differences in the groups as small as possible and thus increase safety, Inter-Track can move the pilots of the group on the basis of the laptimes in our database or the laptimes specified at registration.

      To keep the number of red and yellow flag situations to a minimum, Inter-Track has been working with MY-LAPS transponders since 2016. This way we can redistribute the groups even better and reduce the speed differences per group.

      Every half day, these mandatory group exchanges will be based on the laptimes measured by our transponders. These group-changes will always take place during the lunch break (and during the enrollments in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event). These group exchanges are for ALL PILOTS participating at our track days. Please check in with your group sticker to the registrations where you will receive your new group sticker during the lunch break (and during the enrollments in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event).

      Your race number and transponder that you received at the start of the track day must remain on the bike!

      DO NOT FORGET THIS SURE AS YOU CAN NOT CALL THE CIRCUIT WITHOUT A NEW GROUP STICK AT THE START OF THE SESSIONS AND YOU WILL LEAVE LONG TIME!

      All pilots are divided according to the laptimes from slow to fast through the groups. On a track day with 35 pilots per group, the 35 least fast pilots will be in the first group, the next 35 faster pilots in the 2nd group etc.

      By distributing the groups as perfectly as possible, safety increases, there are fewer yellow and red flag situations and this means more riding time for everyone. For those caught on riding without a transponder or changing transponder with another driver, this means that end of the track day!

      All laptimes of all pilots participating at our trackdays are coming in our database. This allows us to redistribute the groups as well as possible before the first session will be driven. You can of course also view your laptimes yourself by creating your account at SPEEDHIVE or the SPEEDHIVE APP.

      This way you can view all laptimes per group of all our events. By clicking on your name, you will see all your lap times.

      To keep the speed differences in the groups as small as possible and thus increase safety, Inter-Track can move the pilots of the group on the basis of the laptimes in our database measured by our MY LAPS-transponders or the laptimes specified at registration.

      you can also view your laptimes by creating your account on SPEEDHIVE or the SPEEDHIVE APP. This way you can view all lap-times per group of all of our events.

      By clicking on your name you will see all your lap times.

      A tire service is available on all our trackdays. Our tire service always has the most common tires, but you can order your desired tires directly from our service.

      The contact details of the tire service can be found in your practical information of your trackday that can be found 14 days before an event in 'My Subscriptions' at the top right of the homepage of our website.

      Make sure to order your tires at least 4 days before the track-event. For questions concerning tire service mail to: info@ultimatebikeservice.be or check www.ultimatebikeservice.be.

      The tire service can also provide knee sliders, tire warmers, paddock stands and petrol. You can pay in cash or with bankcard.

      General terms and conditions, cancelling conditions and Internal regulations :

          3. Force majeure:


            In case of force majeure (weather, accident, death, sudden illness, virus outbreak*, volcanic eruption, abolition of circuit or government events, earthquake, travel ban, flood,war, tsunami, lockdown, meteor impact, insurrection, etc.) The participant undertakes not to demand cancellations, refunds,vouchers, refunds, rescheduling to other dates or any other compensation from the organizer and its partners.

            In the event of force majeure, all cancellation options are temporarily or permanently suspended and / or refused.

            4. Invoices:

              Your invoices are automatically drawn up when you register based on the information you provided in your personal account.

              You can always change this information in your account before registering. You will find the button 'My Account' at the top of the homepage of our website.

              Please note: Once you register and pay with your entered billing information, the invoice is automatically created by our system and forwarded to the participant and our bookkeeping office, the invoice can no longer be changed.

              Even if you have registered without billing information or a gift voucher has been requested without billing information, an invoice can no longer be requested afterwards for accounting reasons.

              5. Group division:


                Inter-Track redistributes the groups every half day according to the lap times ridden.

                In order to keep the speed differences in the groups as small as possible and thus increase safety, Inter-Track can move the pilots from group to group based on the lap times in our database or the lap times specified when registering.

                To keep the number of red and yellow flag situations to a minimum, Inter-Track is working with MY-LAPS transponders.

                This way we can redistribute the groups even better and reduce the speed differences per group.

                These mandatory group changes will be made every half day based on the lap times measured by our transponders.

                These group changes will always take place during the lunch break (and during registrations in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event).

                These group changes are for ALL PILOTS participating in our track days.

                Please come with your group sticker at the registrations where you will receive your new group sticker during the lunch break (and during registrations in the morning on the 2nd day of a 2-day event).

                Your starting number and transponder that you received at the start of the trackday must remain on the motorcycle!

                DON'T FORGET AS YOU CANNOT ENTER THE TRACK WITHOUT A NEW GROUP STICKER AT THE START OF THE SESSIONS AND YOU WILL BE LOSING DRIVING TIME!

                All pilots are divided according to the lap times from slow to fast through the groups.

                On a trackday with eg 35 pilots per group, the 35 least fast pilots will be in the first group, the next 35 faster pilots in the 2nd group, etc.

                By dividing the groups as perfectly as possible, the safety increases, there are fewer yellow and red flag situations and this means more riding time for everyone.

                For those who are caught riding without a transponder or changing a transponder with another rider, this means the end of the track day!

                All lap times of all riders participating in our trackdays are entered in our database. This allows us to redistribute the groups as well as possible in advance before the first session will be ridden.

                You can also view your lap times yourself by creating your account on SPEEDHIVE or the SPEEDHIVE APP.

                This way you can view all lap times per group of all our events. By clicking on your name you will see all your lap times.

                6. Noise reduction:


                  Each track has its own noise regulation. You can find the maximum number of allowed decibels on the website of the tracks or on our website under the tab "Tracks".

                  Each participant is responsible himself for making the motorcycle comply with the noise regulation of the track on which he / she wants to ride.

                  If the noise limit is exceeded, the track can refuse the participant access to the circuit.

                  In that case, no cancellation, refund, vouchers, rescheduling to other dates or any other compensation can be claimed from the organizer.

                  7. Motorcycle clothing:


                    Every participant must wear a crash helmet (full-face helmet), high motorcycle boots, motorcycle gloves and leather equipment or other safety clothing.

                    A 1-piece or two-piece (zippable) leather suit is mandatory for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th groups.

                    Textile zippable motorcycle clothing is allowed for the first group (least quick). A back protector is strongly recommended and even mandatory on some track!!!

                    8. Internal Regulations :


                      - A waiver must be signed before the start of the track day.

                      - Only with suitable motorcycle clothing, helmet, motorcycle boots and motorcycle gloves can one be allowed on the circuit.

                      - One-piece or two-piece zip-on leather motorcycle suit for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th group (For the first least fast group, a zip-on 2-piece textile suit is allowed)

                      - Rear-view mirrors must be dismantled or folded in or taped.

                      - The brake lever and clutch lever must not be damaged or bent.

                      - The footrests, rear brake and tires must also be in good condition: the organizers have the right to take someone out of the group at any time of the day if their motorcycle does not meet the standards.

                      - The organization is not responsible for any accidents.

                      - All damage to the infrastructure on and around the circuit will be invoiced to the person who caused the damage.

                      - The organization has the right to change group members if necessary.

                      - The organization expects sporty riding behavior from every participant.

                      - Each participant and visitor undertakes to strictly observe all guidelines of the organization.

                      - Only registered pilots may enter the track with the motorcycle. Lending the motorcycle to non-registered pilots is strictly prohibited.

                      - Violators are responsible for any accidents themselves, and have no recourse against persons / organisms listed in points 1 to 6 of the waiver/indemnity form.

                      - Violators are immediately excluded from further participation in the event.

                      - It is forbidden to take passengers on the track. Only motorcycles in good technical condition are allowed.

                      - Every participant must wear a crash helmet (full-face helmet), boots, gloves and leather equipment or other safety clothing.

                      - No part of the body except the neck may be bared while riding on the track.

                      - Any form of competition is excluded. All pilots should drive in this spirit and respect each other.

                      - Participants identified as dangerous by the organization will be excluded from further participation.

                      - It is forbidden to turn or stop on the track. It is forbidden to overtake a vehicle of the organization as long as it is on the track.

                      - Spectators are in principle forbidden along the track.

                      - The organization can under no circumstances be held responsible for damaged or stolen goods.

                      - The motorcycle and / or rider will be marked by means of a self-adhesive or other physical control certificate, which will serve as an admission ticket.

                      - The participant expressly undertakes not to consume alcoholic beverages or narcotics until after his last session. Violations will be sanctioned with immediate exclusion from further participation.

                      - In case of temporary or permanent cancellation of the trackday due to force majeure, the organization cannot be held liable. In that case, neither full nor partial refund can be claimed from the organization.

                      This is a translation from the Dutch general terms and conditions. If in doubt about the content of this translation, only the Dutch version is legally valid.

                      2. Cancellations:

                        As stated in the General terms and conditions that each participant must read and click for approval when registering, you can cancel your trackday up to 1 month before the event by contacting us via the contact form on our website.

                        You will then receive a voucher with the amount paid minus 20 € administrative costs. Inter-Track does not make refunds.

                        Inter-Track will then cancel your reserved trackday and offer your place back for sale.

                        This voucher is valid for 1 year and may also be resold to another pilot.

                        You can find more information about these vouchers on our site under 'gift voucher'.

                        From at the latest 1 month before your trackday, the trackday CANNOT be canceled anymore or rescheduled to another date and you are responsible yourself for looking for a replacement for your reserved place.

                        MAKING EXCEPTIONS FOR WHATEVER REASON IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE

                        (The administrative costs of your booking for the accounting office, the commission of our online payment provider MultiSafePay and the insurance are no longer recoverable by Inter-Track by then)

                        Since our trackdays are usually sold out in advance, most pilots offer the trackday for sale on their social media.

                        We therefore recommend that you put your trackday up for sale in the relevant Facebook event on the Inter-Track Facebook page where pilots are still looking for a place.

                        Indicate the correct date and registered group of your trackday and the price you would like to have for it.

                        If you have found a buyer for your trackday, you do not have to inform us.

                        It suffices that the replacement pilot simply reports on the trackday itself that he will be riding in your place. We will then adjust the administration on the spot.

                        However, provide the transferee with the practical information that appears in your "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS" from 2 weeks before the track day.






                        If your event could not take place due to the COVID-19 measures in force at that time by the government, you will automatically receive a CORONA-VOUCHER by e-mail when this event is canceled on our website, just like during the 2020 season of Inter-Track.

                        - This CORONA VOUCHER contains the full amount you paid and is valid for 2 years.

                        - You can then use this voucher to book any other event of your choice on the Inter-Track calendar.

                        You do this by registering as usual on our site and by copy-pasting the code of the CORONA-VOUCHER in the "Gift voucher field".

                        - If the amount of your voucher corresponds to the chosen trackday, your place is reserved without you having to make another payment.

                        - If the amount of your voucher is smaller than that of the chosen trackday, there will be an extra step where you can then pay the remaining amount online. After payment, your trackday is reserved.

                        - If the amount of your voucher is greater than that of the chosen trackday, you will immediately and automatically receive a new voucher with the remaining amount. You can then use it to book your next trackday.

                        The full amount of your voucher is usable.


                        You will receive the Corona-voucher when an Inter-Track event could not take place because:

                        - The track is closed due to the then-current Covid-19 measures of the government.

                        - The national borders are closed.

                        - Other Covid-19 related measures preventing the event from taking place.



                        In all other cases, the normal cancellation conditions as stated in the general terms and conditions that each participant approves when registering on our website will apply.

                        The Corona voucher cannot be requested for more personal reasons such as being / going in quarantine, beeing tested positive, not having a valid QR code if required by the track/country and the like, while the event is still going to take place.


                        In order to limit the impact on the events sector and to protect the interests of ticket holders, the Minister of Economy has decided to take measures. These suspend the mandatory refund of tickets for three months and allow the issue of a voucher (Corona Voucher) equal to the amount paid.

                        This voucher must meet the following conditions:

                        1. An activity with the same essential characteristics shall be organized at a later date in the same or a nearby location.
                        2. The activity will be re-organized within two years from the date of the original event.
                        3. The voucher represents the full value of it
                        amount paid for the original admission ticket.
                        4. The holder of the admission ticket will not be charged any costs for the delivery of the voucher.
                        5. The voucher expressly states that it was delivered as
                        due to the corona crisis.
                        6. No surcharge may be made to the holder of the voucher
                        charged for attending the new event.

                        The voucher may grant the right to purchase other products from the publisher within two years from the date of the original event.

                        A ticket holder must accept the voucher unless he proves that he has been prevented from attending the activity on the new date.
                        If the activity is not re-organized under the conditions listed above, the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the price of the original admission ticket.
